Meet Grace
Welcome!
My name is Grace Winter, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Oklahoma City. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. As a mental health therapist, I believe that the foundation of healing begins with a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. I strive to meet each client where they are, offering a safe and supportive space to explore life’s challenges and work toward meaningful, lasting change at their own pace.

Before transitioning into private practice, I served in the school system as a School Social Worker, and as a School Counselor for six years, working with elementary and middle school-aged children. This experience deepened my understanding of the unique needs of young people and reinforced my belief in the transformative power of providing a nurturing environment where children can heal, grow, and thrive.

My clinical focus includes supporting adolescents and young adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and have extensive experience working with both children and adults who have experienced trauma.

At the heart of my work is the belief that every person deserves to be seen, heard, and accepted. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery—because no one should have to face life’s challenges alone. I look forward to collaborating with you to promote your well-being and personal growth.
